I'm Lyle Hosler, MBA—founder of oLYnE LLC and Director of Operations at St. Paul Lutheran Church. I’m passionate about helping small organizations thrive by strengthening their operational foundation so their mission, product, or service can shine.

After nearly 17 years growing the Economic Development Company of Lancaster County (EDC), I felt called to serve organizations that often lack the resources to hire a full C-suite. I launched oLYnE LLC in 2025 to provide fractional CFO, COO, and CTO services to nonprofits, churches, schools, and community-focused entities across Lancaster County. That’s the spirit behind oLYnE: clearing the path so your team can thrive.

My work is grounded in faith, stewardship, and a deep respect for the people behind the mission.
